Niggascription (NWM Subscription) – Terms & Conditions

Quick Summary

• Sign up anytime → If you join before the 25th, your first box ships on the 1st of the next month. Join on/after the 25th, your first box ships the month after next.

• Billed monthly → Payments renew automatically every month. Cancel anytime before your renewal date.

• Ships monthly → Boxes go out around the 1st of each month but may take a few days longer to fulfill depending on sign-up date & volume of orders. Delivery times may vary. Weekends & holidays excluded.

• No refunds once processed → Since boxes are packed in advance, cancellations after renewal will apply to the following month.

• Skate at your own risk → Our gear is made for skating, but you’re responsible for how you use it. Please view our disclaimer here.

Nigga World Market (NWM) – Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Renewal

• Your subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our store's secure payment system.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2. Enrollment Cutoff

• Orders placed before the 25th of the month will receive their first box in the following month’s shipment.

• Orders placed on or after the 25th will start with the month after next.

• Example: Sign up on July 24 → first box ships August 1. Sign up on July 25 → first box ships September 1.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Subscriptions ship around the 1st of each month.

• Delivery times may vary depending on volume, carrier delays, or holidays.

• Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• Because subscription products are pre-packed, we do not offer refunds once a month’s order has been processed.

5. Billing & Payments

• Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method each month.

• If a payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved or your membership fully cancelled.

6. Risk & Safety Notice

• Skateboarding carries inherent risks. By subscribing, you acknowledge that Nigga World Market (NWM) is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or misuse of products.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, graphics, and branding remain the property of Nigga World Market (NWM).

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
